Shuttle2lax states $20.00 fee to lax from "no matter where"". This is totally false/. I emailed them and was told they only service LA county so I gave them a pickup point in LA county?. They then responded well, not anywhere, just within a certain radius of the airport,. They do not have a phone number and you cannot talk with a supervisor|. They were condescending and rude/. This is pure and simply false advertising and there ad should be pulled or corrected on the only station that shows this, Channel 7?. I contacted the BBB and Channel 7 but we have had no response..

Prime Time driver said Shuttle 2 LAX is 3rd party and they do not treat passangers the same, he was not going to my city and would not give us a ride. Called Prime Time and they said they didn't have our reservations. We waited an hour. THANK YOU SUPER SHUTTLE, at least we were able to get home. Three emails to Shuttle2LAX were not answered. Is this the service you want? I am turning in receipts to credit card as fraud. |

Written by jackie on August 21, 2011 from papeete, french polynesia, PF yes I agree , I just had big prob w/them last wed 17th .the resa agent made a confusion between am & pm ! they sent someone at 8 am and when i called dispatch they said it was rectified ! but they never showed up at 8 pm ! when worried I called at 7pm they said no, you are set for 8 am & already charged ! so just get a cab !!?? which i paid 125 for !! tks alot ! totally rude and thieves these people ! |

If any other company offered a set fare to anywhere, would you complain because they didn't give you that fare to the moon. Yeah that is a rediculous example, but so is complaining a company will not give you a $20 ride in an area out side of their service area. If they did provide service to your area and then refused to give you a ride for $20 you would have a valid complaint, but you are just outside their service area. |

In fact, the Shuttle2LAX service area is huge (Valencia on the north, Irvine on the south, and Diamond Bar on the east), and $20 anywhere within this area where 98 percent of those who use LAX come from ain't bad, ain't bad indeed! It is a tremendous service to the public, particularly during these continuing hard economic times. Leave it to some folks to bad mouth such a truly incredible and long overdue deal. |

Also contact the los Angeles Dept of transportation and the airport commission. If you write these agencies by law they have to look into the matter. The company could lose it's license |
