I just experienced the worst thing you want to happen to you before international travel ! last wed the 17 th , they never showed up for pick up at 8 pm ! i had to get a cab costing me 125 .00 at the last minute ! when i called dispatch a very rude man told me to get a cab ,that i had already been charged ! they confused 8am & 8 pm ! even though i took the time to speak to 2 different agents at dispatch that same morning who confirmed i would be pick up at 8 pm that same night ! unbelievable this company ! 128768f
